Farheen Navas

Farheen is a law clerk at Brace Law with several years of experience assisting clients with a wide range of legal matters. She successfully completed her Law Clerk program at Centennial College in 2021 and has since gained extensive hands-on experience supporting individuals and families through various immigration processes.

Farheen has worked on matters involving visitor visas, Temporary Resident Permits, study permits, work permits, sponsorship applications, economic immigration programs, PR card renewals, and Permanent Resident Travel Document applications. She has developed a strong practical understanding of applicable laws, policies, and procedures, and remains committed to staying current with ongoing developments to ensure accurate and effective client support.

In addition, Farheen has experience in civil litigation matters, including small claims court files, Landlord and Tenant Board proceedings, insurance subrogation, and mortgage enforcement matters.

Farheen approaches each matter with professionalism, diligence, and respect for client confidentiality. She understands that legal processes can be complex and prioritizes clear communication and attentive support at every stage.

She is proficient in English and Malayalam. Outside of work, Farheen enjoys painting and jogging.
